ST. LOUIS, MO. (February 19, 2024) – Sandberg Phoenix is pleased to announce a successful combination with Affinity Law Group. Strategically, this will expand the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Finance, Employment, Real Estate, and Estate Planning practices. Affinity Law will now operate as the Sandberg Phoenix brand.
With the combination, Affinity Law Group’s Managing Member Kathleen Bilderback will join Sandberg Phoenix’s Business practice group. The firm will also welcome Jason Kinser in the Business Litigation practice group, and Angela Brandt and Sienna Johnson as valuable members of the firm.
